We stayed at the house last weekend, 16 of us, and it was comfortable and easy to enjoy. The bedrooms are spacious and well equipped. It was cold and rainy, so we were happy to spend time indoors and relax with friends. We went with a good attitude and had a great time together, so we can’t complain about the house itself or our comfort. What bothered us was the lack of attention to the basics. There was no hot water from Friday through the whole weekend, because of a problem with the solar panels. The electric water heater, which was supposed to be the backup, didn’t work either. The owner came to check but couldn’t fix it, so showers were cold. I’d think emergency insurance could cover this and get it sorted. The pellet stove was also out of order, leaving us with only the wall-mounted split units for heat, thankfully. The Wi-Fi was down too, though that wasn’t a big deal. I’m writing this to flag the need to prepare for problems like this and make sure the backup systems actually work, not to put people off booking, because the house is great. It’s a shame to pay the asking price and then go without essential services, especially in November. We were 16 people without hot water for a whole weekend.

The service and attention were excellent, and we’d recommend this beautiful, spacious house with its spectacular views. It’s close to hiking trails and to Frigiliana, which is well worth a visit.

We loved it. The farmhouse is well built and in a privileged spot, with everything needed for a relaxing break with family or friends. There’s room for vehicles, plus a pool, barbecue, and ping-pong table. It also has magnificent views, a pellet fireplace, heating, and air conditioning. Ideal for a getaway or holiday, 100% recommended.
