The only downside was the road noise, which meant we could hear cars passing very early in the morning. Otherwise, it was excellent value for money. The house is well placed for exploring the island, with good road connections and just minutes from El Hierro's best pools: Charco Azul, Los Sargos, and La Maceta. We had a lovely family holiday here. The house is spacious, clean, and well equipped, and the terrace with its barbecue and pool is wonderful. The owner welcomed us with a thoughtful basket of delicious fruit, including pineapple, mangoes, and papaya.
