We had a lovely week at Casa Clara and would happily come back. The patio was a highlight, with huge sea views and a clear look toward the sunrise each morning. On clear days, you can see Tenerife and other islands. The house has one very large bedroom with a big bed and plenty of wardrobe space, plus a spacious bathroom with a lovely spa shower. The kitchen diner is well equipped with an oven, induction hobs, toaster, kettle, and microwave. A table for four separates it from the sofa. There’s a town less than five minutes up the road with several supermarkets, and within 30 minutes down the road there are several nice sandy beaches to choose from for swimming.

It’s very peaceful and quiet, with incredible views. The house looks newly renovated, and the work has been done tastefully. It’s about 30 km from the capital, a bit outside it. The service is good.

The data and Wi-Fi connection were so bad that I’d give the stay four stars instead of five. I’m sure that’s due to the area where the house is, rather than anything the owners can control, but I hope they fix it so future guests can have a perfect experience. Otherwise, the house was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, and we felt very comfortable. Encarna is a very kind lady who treats you warmly and makes you feel at home. Highly recommended.

The sea views are breathtaking, and the country house is in a magnificent setting on La Palma. I’m staying here right now and already know I’ll be so sad to leave in two days. I feel right at home!

You can park safely here, and there’s a beautiful view in the mornings. The lady who runs the cottage was very nice, and you can communicate in English. There’s plenty of room, with a large kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook your own meals. There’s also an electric heater to help keep the heat down at night.
