Hotel La Palma Princess

From May 14th to May 20th, I felt like time had stopped. La Palma Princess was a little corner of paradise where the sky meets the ocean and peace feels completely different. It won my heart from the very first moment, like an embrace for the soul. The views are stunning, but the people are what make the place magical. The service was impeccable, and the animation team was exceptional. Alex has magnetic charisma and is a real professional. He turns moments into contagious fun and has a special way of making people feel like treasured members of one big family. Then there was Flavio and the music. His piano playing made the evenings feel otherworldly. The notes flowed so angelically, it was impossible not to close my eyes and let go. Thanks to everyone who made my nights lasting memories. I’ll definitely return to this eden! ❤️

We wanted a quiet spot to relax, and that’s what we got. The hotel is lovely and right on the beach. You’ll need a car to get around unless you use the bus service. There’s a good range of activities. Each morning, the gym had just what we needed, with a full set of equipment and two extra studios for spin and other exercise, and it wasn’t too busy. There’s a great choice of pools, whether you want to unwind or join in the activities. We didn’t use the spa, but had a look around. It seemed very clean and had a range of treatments available. The food had lots of variety but got a little repetitive. The salad and dessert bars were very good. We’d definitely visit again.

We love this hotel and would definitely come back. The food was amazing, and the cocktails and drinks were the best. As vegetarians, we never struggled to find something to eat. They also have a special meal plan for vegetarians and vegans at check-in if you ask. The gym is up to date with lots of equipment. I’d highly recommend hiring a car.

Alex from the entertainment team, who is Romanian, really stood out. He was cheerful, entertaining, answered all our questions, and went out of his way to make us feel special. Andrea from Spain was lovely too. The entertainment itself was okay, and the two shows we saw during our 10 days deserved more promotion. The team put a lot of work into them, and you could see it. We had a good 10-day holiday at La Palma Prices. The grounds are green and pleasant, the rooms were fine, and the place was clean. The restaurant served good food, and seating guests at tables is a nice idea, though it gets less effective when things are busy. A few adjustments would help. Restaurant staff could speak more English and engage more with guests. The bar staff could also explain the all-inclusive options instead of just pushing the menu. Apart from one woman who came out to clear tables, nobody checked whether we wanted drinks. In the evenings, the entertainment staff could change into night outfits and interact more with guests. We may consider coming back in future.
