What a lovely surprise, this oasis is quiet and relaxed, with wonderful hospitality and a splendid kitchen. We’re already thinking about when we can plan our next visit. Thanks!

The family who run this place make you feel safe and at home. The daughter, father, and mother greet you and look after guests at breakfast, lunch, dinner, and by the pool. They really notice what people enjoy. The owner brought fresh cherries from the market and gave everyone by the pool a bowl for free. He also saw how much I liked their house-made olives, and gave me a big container to take with me when I left. The Lebanese food at the restaurant is incredible, with so many delicious, authentic choices. The hotel itself is spotless and beautiful too. The rooms, pool, and restaurant area were all clean and well kept, thanks to the family working countless hours to care for the property. It’s nestled in the hills of Fuengirola, about an eight-minute walk down through the garden to the beach. You can see the Mediterranean Sea and Fuengirola’s hills and greenery from all around the hotel. What a magical place. If you’re on the Costa del Sol, this oasis is absolutely worth a visit!

We chose to stay for three weeks, and for the price it’s a wonderfully intimate experience. This “mini resort” clearly tries to follow its mission and give guests a unique, relaxing stay. The family running it put their whole hearts into looking after people. Their natural hospitality makes the personal Lebanese menu at the restaurant feel close to a spiritual experience. The pool is exquisite, too. There’s a quote above the pool that says, “It doesn’t get much better than this,” and I agree. Looking through the magnificent garden at the sun over the Mediterranean Sea, I felt I was in an amazing oasis, a hideout for hedonists.

Omar and his family are wonderful hosts who do whatever they can to make guests comfortable. We had an amazing stay at Las Islas, and the food was so good we couldn’t get enough. As a vegetarian, I usually find few menu choices in Spain, but this place is a great exception. We’ll definitely return.

The sea views from our room and the cosy balcony were pure bliss. Sara welcomed us with a smile right away, and Omah and the rest of the staff were so kind and helpful. We loved the beautiful gardens, the atmosphere, and all the little touches. Nothing to fault, it was a perfect place with fantastic hosts.
