We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the view was amazing. The apartment was clean, bright, really nice, and well serviced. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, but the kitchenette wasn’t very practical. There was no oven, just a microwave; we only discovered after a few days that it had a grill, but couldn’t get it working. The hob was horrendous to use, even after the receptionist explained it. There were no English instructions for the TV, hob, washing machine, or dishwasher, so we had to figure everything out by trial and error. It wasn’t well equipped either: no tin opener, jug, mugs, beer glasses, scissors, or poolside towels. We bought mugs and towels ourselves. There were no cupboards for food, so anything that didn’t fit in the fridge had to stay on the worktop. They really need an information pack with instructions and details about restaurants, buses, and the like.

The staff were all very polite, and the rooms were lovely and clean.

I booked this place for the fantastic location. The apartment looks nice, has nice furniture, and is well equipped with almost everything you might need. Still, they don’t provide much toilet paper or many bin bags, so you have to get supplies yourself. The air conditioning is a joke. It barely works: even with all the windows shut, the fan at its highest setting, and the temperature at its lowest, you can hardly feel a breeze. The staff made this the worst part of the stay. They were totally unpleasant and unhelpful, and whenever I asked for help, they mansplained things to me and got defensive right away. When we asked if they could hold our luggage until our flight, they agreed, but said they were busy and we’d have to wait until everyone had checked in before they’d give us our bags. That left me disappointed. They would benefit from proper hospitality training. One piece of advice if you book here: when checking out, ask them to look over the room before you leave, in case they have questions or just to make sure everything is okay. They ask for a €200 deposit on arrival, and you’ll want to avoid extra charges. I meant to leave a nice review because the place looks great in the pictures, but the staff’s attitude left me so disappointed that I’d honestly think twice about staying there again.

We got a great view of the beach and sea from our room, which was spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed and sofa. The property is easy to reach by car, bus, or the C1 train. There are restaurants across the street and a supermarket just a two-minute walk away. Great value for the price.
