The listing on Booking.com says the deposit is paid in cash, but that isn’t true, and I’ve seen reviews from people who say they never got their €200 deposit back. They also charge an extra €25 per day if you bring a dog. I booked and tried to cancel just 30 minutes later, but they wouldn’t give me my money back. I don’t think they have any ethics. I wouldn’t trust them at all.

Be careful if you book without a credit card, since they don’t take debit cards. They’ll keep your money and leave you without a place to stay, or ask you to pay a lot more for the apartment they want to sell you. The worst accommodation I’ve ever had to deal with. Scammers, plain and simple. They should be out of business.

A lot of us have reported this because our deposits haven’t been returned. When you book through a website, they don’t answer the phone, and then nobody takes responsibility for the deposit. You’ve been doing this for years, and there are many people affected. You have cameras inside the apartments, so please be careful. Do you think you can keep scamming people and get away with it? I’ll personally make sure they close your bar.
