The pilot apartment next to the project was cute and well done, and the entry price was affordable. The project itself looks fantastic, with quality materials and products and really beautiful finishes.

I stay here a few times each year, and it's easy to keep coming back. Some amenities still need to be up and running, but there's nothing else like it in Fuengirola.

I wouldn't trust this developer. The projects may look promising and fairly high quality at first, but what gets delivered can be very different. In a couple of residential developments in Romania, Cordia failed to provide what had been promised. The garden wasn't finished, the building's fence was only partly built and is now falling apart in places, along with many other things that were never delivered.

The noise through the walls and ceiling is awful. I can hear neighbors walking, talking, and shutting doors, and the faulty design of every apartment's entry door makes a huge noise in the hallway that carries right into my bedroom. I just bought a finished apartment from Cordia. At first, the materials seemed good and the design looked nice, but the building they delivered is very low quality.
