IPV Palace & Spa Hotel

Being able to hear the waves while lounging by the pool, with the beach just yards away, made it feel like paradise. The access to the beach was handy for going into the busier part of town too. From check-in through checkout, our stay at Hotel IPV was perfect. Everyone was kind and caring, and the room was clean, spacious, and airy, with a fantastic view. The amenities felt luxurious and were easy to get to. Thank you to everyone at Hotel IPV for making the stay so memorable. We’re looking forward to coming back :)

The rooms are a bit dated, and that's the main thing I'd change. Otherwise, it's a nice hotel in a convenient spot, quieter than the places nearer the main promenade. The beach is clean and right there, the gym is very decent, and the price is fair. Breakfast is nice for the first five to seven days, though after that it can start to feel repetitive.

The hotel is in a great spot, away from the loud cafés and bars, and I highly recommend it. I've stayed here three times now. Having travelled internationally for business a lot, I've seen plenty of hotels, and the IPV Palace Hotel is just great. Breakfast was a highlight, with the usual cold options plus freshly cooked crepes and churros, hot dishes, and lots of breads and pastries. Our room was on the first floor in the Mijas part, with a sea view and terrace. The hotel sits right on the seafront and stayed lovely and quiet even while busy. The beds were so comfortable, the rooms spotless, and they were cleaned every day. It's about a half-hour walk to the main part of town, the fish alley restaurants, and the marina. The walk is lovely, with the beach all the way. We're on our last night of a short break and have been very happy here. We'd have no hesitation recommending it.
