La Zambra

The team at La Zambra made a real difference, from the front desk and restaurant staff to the event planning department. They went above and beyond to make our families feel welcome and cared for throughout the trip. The service stayed warm and attentive, and the food was delicious. The hotel is peaceful, with two pools, lush gardens, and a large golf course all around it. Our wedding welcome dinner was unforgettable, thanks in part to how dedicated and thoughtful the La Zambra team was. We left with wonderful memories and a lot of gratitude.

The rooms were comfortable and really clean, and the evening turn-down was a lovely extra. We booked two nights as a chance to rest during a trip with lots of walking, and it did the trick. Everyone, from reception to the restaurant and room service, was attentive. And somehow they make amazing pizza, which I definitely didn't expect. I'd happily recommend staying here.

The hotel feels peaceful and uncrowded, with a real sense of privacy. The architecture and location stood out, and the spa was a pleasure. We also ate very well at Picador, and breakfast was high quality. The staff were excellent too. It's a special place to stay, especially compared with how busy Marbella can get.

Nelson at reception was a huge help when I needed medical assistance. He responded quickly and showed real concern, which made a stressful situation much easier. The whole reception team was friendly and professional and made us feel looked after throughout our stay. The property and facilities are beautiful, and the accommodations and amenities were great. But it's the caring staff that really made the resort stand out. Thanks to Nelson and everyone for making our visit so special. I'd strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay and service that goes above expectations.
