The rooms were kept immaculate, and with only two rooms, neither the kitchenette nor the pool area ever felt crowded. We were there for my partner’s birthday, and Dick, who used to be a chef, made us a brilliant cake for the occasion. Dick and Sandra were wonderful hosts. It’s a handy spot too, about a 9-minute drive to Fuengirola and a 10-minute walk to the beach and local shops and restaurants. Thanks, Dick and Sandra. We’ll be back!

The place felt cosy and peaceful, right down to the Frida Kahlo painting in the bedroom. Dick and Sandra welcomed us so warmly to their beautiful home in Fuengirola, a village with plenty going on. We highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at this guesthouse. The hosts made the holiday, and breakfast is well worth ordering, with lots of lovely food to enjoy while looking out over their beautiful garden. The pool and the area around it were clean and cosy, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious too. It sits on a hill between Marbella and Malaga, about 20 minutes by car from the airport. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, and there’s a train about 500 meters from the house, plus a small bus that drops you around the corner and can take you back from the beach. There are stairs, so it won’t suit everyone. We loved it.

We spent five wonderfully lazy days here after a lovely tour of Andalusia, and would happily come back on our next trip. The hills are peaceful, so relaxing by the pool was easy. Our room was beautiful, fresh and clean, with a large shower area. The bed was comfortable, though a bit small if you’re over 2 meters tall. The beach is a reasonable distance away, with parking right outside and a bus stop nearby. The owner provides breakfast, though we didn’t try it. Thanks for such a relaxing stay.
