I’ve been to this fantastic hotel many times and plan to keep returning. It’s excellent value for money. I spent nine great nights there in November, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The furnishings are dated, but everything works well, and the bed is comfortable. Wi-Fi and a fridge are included in the price. There’s a small charge for the safe. Service across all departments is efficient, friendly and helpful. The staff are wonderful people and the hotel’s best asset. They’re the main reason I keep coming back. I’m truly grateful to them for making this another lovely holiday.

The gardens and pool are kept very clean and make for a relaxing place to sit with a coffee or catch some sun. The service is very good, and the rooms are nice with clean bathrooms. There are padel courts, which I enjoyed, and nice amenities around the hotel. It’s not far from the beach, and Torreblanca is a very nice, safe area.

The meals were a real treat, with lots to choose from at breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was fresh fruit, desserts, Spanish dishes, seafood, paella and colourful salads. I was pleasantly surprised by how much variety there was. The hotel was spotless and close to the beach. It’s clearly cared for with pride. I asked for a sea-view room when we arrived and they gave me one straight away. The view was breathtaking. Every staff member we met, from the waiters and waitresses to the lovely cleaning ladies, was kind, thoughtful and welcoming. Thanks to everyone there for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be back.

The staff were nice, but the room felt really dated, like something from 2004. The walls were thin, and the toilet smelled of mold and sewage. There was only a tiny old TV, not a flat screen. We found hair on the sheets, and instead of blankets in covers, there was just another sheet.

The area is great, moments from the seafront and about a five-minute walk to the main road for buses and Torreblanca Train station. The hotel itself is great too, with standard rooms and powerful showers. There are no hospitality supplies in the room, so don’t bring teabags.
