The experience was only average, partly because the ocean-view room I booked wasn't available. The first night I asked about parking and found out the person who checked me in hadn't mentioned that I needed to sign a form to get the $20 euro daily rate. The hourly rate was much higher. On my second day I asked the front desk about room service, and the attendant just said no, without explaining why. That was disappointing, and customer service could be better.

There was a safe and storage space for clothes and other things, and the water pressure was okay. The shower is in a bathtub, which isn't very convenient. My room was pretty nice, with a balcony and sea view. The breakfast buffet was standard and cost 16€ because it wasn't included in my hotels.com deal. There was some noise from other rooms and balconies, and the pillows need upgrading. The TV was upgraded while I was there, so I guess all the rooms now have a large LG.

The rooms are kept clean, and dogs are welcome. Food is pretty basic, and the bar area can get noisy when they seem to host private events. If you can eventually get the room you paid for and asked for, it's not a bad hotel.

Downstairs there's a great digital nomad work area, with plenty of places to work and lots of sockets. The location is excellent. Rooms are a little tired but clean and perfectly acceptable. Great hotel, and I'll stay again.
