10/10
The room was very spacious, and the hotel was clean and neat. It’s close to the train station, and the temperature was excellent.

8/10
The room was much bigger than I expected. The reception lady was really helpful, spoke good English, and service was great overall. Breakfast was OK and modest, with no eggs or veggies, but what more do you need than coffee and a sandwich? It’s outside the city center, but only a five-minute walk from the train station, and nine stops from Atocha Station.

8/10
The staff are attentive and dedicated, and the rooms are always impeccable and clean. The restaurant is above average, and there’s a gym. It’s an excellent affordable option for a hotel south of Madrid, with all the amenities.

6/10
The area is OK, with the train station a short walk away along with a local store and fast-food restaurants. I appreciated the included breakfast, though I wish there were more variety and hope they add soft- and hard-boiled eggs soon. Several people were complaining that the AC units didn’t work, and I hope the hotel fixes them. The staff could really benefit from a couple of English courses.

The food is good and the rooms are clean. The hotel looks modern, but the furniture has a bit of an old-fashioned style. The AC is a downside, as is the lack of a fridge.
