We struggled to find the hotel's reserved spaces in the underground car park until we realized we needed the hotel-marked entrance just off the roundabout. Once inside, the location was handy for our one-night stop while travelling through Spain, above a busy shopping mall. The night itself was awful. People were smoking in their rooms despite the €100 fine warning, and the 8th-floor corridor was filled with smoke that drifted into the rooms. I don't know if that's usual here, but it left me with the worst night's sleep I've had in years.

We stayed three nights while my soccer team played in a tournament in Mostoles. Having the train nearby made getting around convenient, and the shopping mall right next door was handy too.

It’s a tidy, peaceful hotel where I felt safe and could get some rest. Shops are easy to reach since it’s set inside the shopping mall. The receptionists were friendly, and the tourism and hospitality operation seemed well researched and enthusiastic. At least a four-star kind of place.

From the 8th floor, the city view is really nice. The train station and Carrefour / Mall are just below the hotel, which is a great spot. Breakfast was amazing, and the area was super clean. The women serving breakfast were lovely, with great smiles, and everyone at reception was hospitable and very respectful. Awesome place and people.

For work trips I usually choose this hotel. The rooms are comfortable, and having a large shopping mall in the same building is useful for emergency or last-minute shopping. The location is good, and it tends to be the best-priced four-star option in the area, though there's nothing especially memorable about it. Wi-Fi reception in the rooms is weak, and the shower has poor hot water pressure. Weekend breakfast doesn't begin until 8, so it doesn't work well for early risers.
