Whenever I'm in the area, I make a point of stopping here. It's the only bar in the little village, and it also has a hostel. A must if you're heading out on the Ruta del Silencio! It doesn't disappoint. Ask Miguel or Laura about the homemade desserts.

I'll always remember how Laura and Miguel looked after me on a freezing, snowy, windy day. The bar was packed, but they went into the storeroom for homemade broth and brought it out piping hot. Best broth I've ever had, and delicious too. They were so kind and helpful, serving everything with big smiles. What more could you want? They're wonderful, incredibly friendly and hardworking, and I'll happily come back for one of their amazing paellas. I wholeheartedly recommend the bar while they're running it. You can get a meal for €10, which you hardly see anymore. The portions are generous, there are no frills, and you can tell the people here put care into their work. For me, that's a 10. The owner is friendly, the price is very competitive, and the room is spacious with a high ceiling, really clean, and has a pretty good bed. The heating works great too.

The patatas bravas are delicious, and the tapas are excellent. Dinner is tasty and affordable too. Since the new management took over, the service has improved 100%. Really exceptional service.
