The host was friendly, but I'm not sure what makes the reviews so glowing. I paid 50€/night for a basic, inexpensive hostal. The beds are singles, not great if you're a couple, and the walls are so thin you hear every word. There was also a bit of a sewer smell in the bathroom.

The woman who checked me in was really pleasant, and the double room and service both left me very satisfied. I couldn't believe the price on Booking.com at first and thought it had to be a mistake, but it was right. It turned into a fantastic stay, and I'm keeping this place in mind for future trips to Cuenca province.

The rooms were roomy and comfortable, and the hostel itself felt welcoming. We were delighted with the owners, who were so friendly, and the service was excellent. A great option when you're in the area.

We loved the views from the terrace, and the service was wonderful. Such a cozy place. One of the best country cottages we've ever stayed in, and we'll definitely come back.

Everything was clean, the hostel was lovely, and the staff were really friendly. It's only 15 minutes from Cuenca, and the value for money was excellent. We'll definitely be back.
