You can see green countryside in every direction, and even when the rest of Spain is too hot to sleep, here it's cool enough for a blanket. It's a peaceful spot that's great for kids, and the hosts are lovely. There's also a fantastic bar in the village.

We were two adults with three kids, ages 9, 7, and 3, and the place worked perfectly for us. The owners were so welcoming and attentive, and there were lots of thoughtful little touches. Everything was impeccably clean. It's a quiet village with easy access to the lake and activities. We had a great stay and will definitely come back.

The owners are incredibly welcoming, and the houses are spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. There's a big green area and a little river right in front, while the surrounding landscape feels like paradise. Sanabria has excellent food and plenty to do throughout the year, and it's lovely to explore its charming corners. The houses are clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated. These are the best rural houses I've stayed in, and I can't wait to return.
