It was a great stay. The house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, all with air conditioning, and it’s roomy and comfortable with everything we needed. The beach and restaurants are about a 20-minute walk away.

Cristian was organized, professional, and really helpful throughout, which made everything run smoothly. The house itself is spacious and clean, with all the utensils needed for cooking, barbecues, and more. The air conditioning worked well in every room except the one on the top floor. It’s around a 30-minute walk to the beach and nightclubs, and parking nearby was easy. We’ll be back!

We were a group of 16 for the weekend, and the large house worked out great. The communal pool was nice too, and a good place to meet people. When we had a problem, the owner got back to us quickly with a solution. The beach is close, and the nightlife area is about a 15-minute walk away. There’s also a bus that runs along Gandía beach. We’d happily return.

The house itself was fine: big, clean, and with a pool, though it’s shared and a bit small. The location was poor, about a half-hour walk from both the beach and nightlife. The worst part was dealing with the owner. He kept a large part of our deposit over a minor dent in the hood, ignored our calls and WhatsApp messages, and refused when we offered to repair it or find another solution. He kept €500 to install the most expensive hood on the market. This is a 100% real review, and I wouldn’t recommend the place.
