CARLA D.
The place smelled bad as soon as we arrived, and it was filthy, with dust gathering in the corners. It was practically empty, not even toilet paper, and they charged extra for bathroom towels. I stayed there with my parents and partner over Easter, hoping for a quiet break, but it was a huge disappointment. We told them from the first day that we had a dog, and even asked where we could walk it. Then, just as we were leaving, Christian called and said he'd take the dog fee out of our deposit, claiming we hadn't told them in advance. That's not true. Christian, the young man who checked us in at the office, had also been vague and gave the impression he was holding information back. There were parties, banging, and noise from the neighboring apartments all week, mostly from young people out partying. It felt like the apartments were set up only for that kind of crowd and weren't suitable for much else. I slept on the sofa a couple of nights and woke up with bites all over my neck, arms, back, torso, and practically my whole body. They looked consistent with bedbugs. Almost two months later, I still have marks. The management was poor, there was no rest, the hygiene was deplorable, and the service was unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend it for anything other than partying and making a racket, and even then, probably only if you're eighteen. The apartment was awful, the service terrible, and Cristian from the office was a real pain. I called to complain, and when he answered, he denied it was him, even though he knew what was coming 😂
