Okay.
I like being away from the busy promenade, with Alhuir Beach and its protected dunes easy to reach. The complex is on a main street with bars and restaurants, and though it’s old, it’s been renovated and is in great shape. There are two adapted pools, broad sun terraces, lawns, a tennis court and a garage. My favorite place.
There’s a supermarket and restaurants nearby, and the beach is only about 150 meters away. It’s a family-friendly complex, with adult and children’s pools, a playground, tennis court, solarium and parking. There’s a public park to the south and a protected area to the north, with views of Cullera.
From the complex you get lovely coastal views, as it sits at Gandia’s northern edge where the developed area gives way to farmland. It’s in the third line from the beach and has seven towers, with two and three-bedroom apartments at different heights. Tower 1 is the tallest at 13 floors. Tower 4, where I live, has 12 floors above the parking level, making 13 altogether. There are two round pools, one for adults and one for children, plus a tennis court, parking space and storage room.
The pools for adults and children are lovely, and so are the green areas. It’s close to the beach, with nice views from the rooms and terraces over the complex’s interior. The apartments seem suited to summer stays, though getting into the building isn’t accessible for everyone: there are steps at the entrance, and the elevator is so small it barely fits a stroller and one person. Parking is covered but open, and the access could be much better.
