Gardenias

The best thing for me was the view, especially from a room facing the beach. I was there for about three nights on a school trip, and our room was assigned randomly. It wasn't great: everything felt old, the air conditioner barely worked, and there were stains in both the room and waiting area. The bathroom had a false ceiling and vent where people in the next room could talk or be heard. The mattress was kind of hard, though I don't really blame them for that. I wasn't expecting much, but this hotel didn't seem suited to hosting a school. Most of the food was canned, hot dishes were sometimes very cold, and there wasn't much for vegetarians.

The room was pleasant and cleaned daily, and both the service and food were very good. A clothes dryer on the terrace would be my one suggestion. It's a very good hotel, and I'd recommend it.

We'd had much better stays at other hotels in Gandia over the years, and we won't return to this one. It was unbelievably noisy, the noisiest place we've ever stayed. Crazy!!! :(

The hotel is cheap, but the rooms feel cheap and are damaged. The walls are thin, so there was a lot of noise. The food was poorly prepared and tasted bad.
