I paid for five nights but could only manage a few hours there, then left as soon as I could in the morning because I couldn't sleep. The room was freezing, the windows were broken, the door didn't shut properly, and the shower was in bad shape. The beds were old and uncomfortable, the pillows weren't good, there were no duvets, and there was no heating. Towels weren't in the room either. When I asked at reception, I was given small, old ones. People smoked in the room area and made a lot of noise at night, and the location felt dangerous to me. When I checked out in the evening, an older man at reception was on the phone with the owner, “Letizia.” She told him to put my girlfriend and me out of the hotel because check-in couldn't be done in the evening, which I found unacceptable. I don't recommend staying here. The website photos don't show what it's really like, believe me.

It's in a good location, and the hot water was very hot. The hostel isn't especially stylish, but it offers good personal privacy. I felt safe and satisfied staying here. The owner and his family seemed to do their best to help, including looking for a heating stove that hadn't been listed as available before I booked. They knew that, but still showed concern since it was winter. They are kind, good people.

For the price, I don't think you'll find anything else in this area, and the nice beach is a four-minute walk away. Booking through booking.com or a similar site is best, since paying cash costs a bit more. The rooms weren't cleaned ideally, and there's no fridge, kitchen, table, or chairs. Reception only speaks Spanish.

A freshly painted, very clean room with its own bathroom, hot water, shower gel, and a towel, all at the best price I've ever found. Unbelievably good, and in a nice spot.
