The location is excellent, but the furniture and equipment are old, scarce, and neglected. There’s almost everything, but it’s very basic. At the prices we pay, everything should work. It just about passes overall, though with a little care for the equipment it would be a 10.

The large terrace has a spectacular view, and the renovated apartment has a southern style and its own unique atmosphere. There’s air conditioning in the rooms, the bathroom is clean, and the kitchen appears to have new appliances.

You can hear the sea as you sleep, and the views are incredible. The location is hard to beat, with the port, supermarkets, and restaurants all nearby. The building itself is very old, but the concierge is top-notch.
