We only spent one night, but had a good stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and upgrading to an ocean-view room was perfect. It’s just across from the beach and pier, with free parking nearby by the port. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and the rates were very affordable. I’d stay here again if I were in Gandia.

I only lasted one night. The room smelled badly of cigarettes, was noisy, and had an uncomfortable bed, so I couldn't even open the window. I had booked a sea view room, but no one told me it had been given to somebody else. I could have accepted that if they'd just been honest. I ended up changing accommodation. The reviews made the place sound amazing, but that wasn't my experience. It seemed like Spanish guests might get special treatment.

The air conditioning was quiet and worked well, and the hotel had good facilities with friendly staff. In the rooms, though, the WiFi was poor. There was also a lot of noise late at night from doors slamming and furniture scraping across the floor.

Our room was on the small side, but it was clean and had enough space for what we needed, plus a beautiful view. Check-in was simple and quick. The woman at reception was lovely, informative, and helpful, and the young man working in the bar was friendly and efficient. We’ll definitely come back.
