The pool was lovely, and the quiet setting made for a really enjoyable stay. I’d come back. The rooms do need attention, though: the curtain rails kept coming down, things felt worn and falling apart, the beds squeaked, and the pillows weren’t comfortable. I hope the owner takes the reviews as a sign to update them.
Such a charming property, with a lovely pool and a natural beach nearby. The location was great, and the host was the best. My ship got in late, but they waited until 23.30 and greeted me with a big smile. I could also buy fresh fish from a man who lives by the little nearby port. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks for everything!
I found this place really romantic. It’s a little away from civilization, so it’s peaceful and quiet, with a lovely garden. The apartments are beautiful, and the house is only a few minutes from both the beach and an old port.
I’ve stayed here twice now and would happily rent these apartments again. They’re a peaceful place to relax, have a good time, and go fishing. A few fixes would make them more comfortable and encourage guests to return: the walls need repainting where the paint has peeled, and the barbecue should have firewood, at least during the busy summer season. We had to cook meat indoors because there was no wood, and the broken extractor fan let the smoke fill the apartment. The shower screen was broken too, so water leaked out, and the water pressure was very low. They’ve added Wi-Fi since my last stay, and the rest is great. These details could give the apartments a much better impression. Even so, I recommend coming and enjoying them. They’re fantastic. Best regards. 08/05/2016.
