The price feels very fair for what you get. It’s also a handy base for exploring the Empordá, with lots of coves and beaches nearby. The campsite has a good-sized pool, and the basic bungalows have everything you need.

There’s a reason so many guests return each year. The owners, staff, and fellow campers all make it a great place to stay. Everything is very clean, and there are glamping options, plus a shop, bar, play area, and huge pool. It’s also a good spot for getting around the area.

We’re still figuring out what star rating feels fair, so for now we’ll give it four. The swimming pool gets five stars, though!

The bathrooms were clean and had toilet paper, but there was no soap. In the showers, there was only a hook for your things, with nothing to shield them from splashing water. Our tent was hard to pitch too: the ground was stony with no grass, and we couldn’t get the pegs all the way in. Some ended up bent.

We’re camping in tents with our two kids, aged 4 and 5, and feel really comfortable here. The people at the campsite are lovely and always ready to help. There’s a poolside bar and restaurant, a small market, a place for kids, and the toilets and bathrooms are good. Everything is clean, and it’s a nice spot for a holiday.
