I’m already missing the breakfast and the Manulo family, especially lisa and mum. They looked after us like we were their own, and no amount of praise feels like enough. This was a family visit, and whenever we come back to Garrucha, Hostel Manulo will be our place. It felt more like home than any five-star hotel. Thank you, Rolland and family ❤️❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰🥰

The room was tatty, and the cheap mattress made the bed really uncomfortable.

The rooms were immaculately clean, and the people running the place were lovely and friendly. It’s basic, but just right, and the pool is a nice extra. Garrucha centre is a 10-15 minute walk, with the beach about five minutes away. There’s a 24-hour shop across the road, handy if you arrive late and fancy a glass of wine on your balcony. It really felt like a home from home. Would I stay again? Oh yes!

The owner and staff are friendly and always helpful, and we’ve never had a problem storing our bikes safely on our cycling trips. Manolo is an old-style hotel in a good spot beside restaurants, with the town a short walk away. It could do with some updating, but we’ve stayed several times and had no issues.

There’s ample parking, and the staff are friendly. The pool is really nice, and it’s well placed for walking to the Friday market. Breakfast is good too, if you need it.
