Bungalows Camping Alpha Madrid

The showers were so dirty and smelly there was no way we could use them. This was the worst campsite we’ve ever stayed at. Avoid it at all costs.

The pool was nice, and there was a supermarket, a decent restaurant, and okay pitches. But the toilets were awful: the doors wouldn’t close properly, and there were cockroaches everywhere. Three stars overall.

We paid €43 for three adults for one night, and there were loads of empty pitches, which wasn’t surprising. The restaurant staff were polite and helpful, but the food was undercooked and hard to eat. The beer was good, though. Reception staff were very nice, but the site was dirty and shabby. The toilets and washing areas were filthy and run down, and the only washing machine was useless, with a black drawer inside. There was no obvious water supply to top up our Moho tank. The electric hook-up seemed unsafe and tripped several times, but we had to manage with it. We’d planned on two nights, but decided to try one first. I’m glad we didn’t stay longer. I usually form my own opinion instead of believing every review, but we won’t be back.

A quiet, relaxing spot surrounded by nature, and good for families or a group of friends. It’s also kid and pet friendly. Highly recommend it!
