Every night, all seven days, the bars downstairs were noisy. We couldn't sleep or relax at all.

The owner was really nice, and the apartment was clean and cute!

My parents have stayed in these apartments on their city visits for the past five years, but this year's service was appalling. After a six-hour trip, they spent an hour and a half outside with their luggage, unable to get an access code because no one answered calls or emails. They were then politely told, though dishonestly, that the check-in time was wrong and they could cancel without a penalty and find somewhere else. After several disingenuous messages, the code finally arrived and they could get inside and out of the rain. On departure day, the price was reduced by 10 euros per night as a gesture, but that doesn't make up for the way they were treated.
