Carlos had loads of recommendations for our stay and the rest of the trip, and really made sure we had a great time. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and had everything we needed, and the bathroom was well equipped. There was garage parking, and everything was decorated so nicely. We felt very welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was another highlight, delicious and with lots of options. The location worked perfectly for us. Getting there by car was easy without driving through the busy city, and the metro takes you to Bilbao in under half an hour. The neighborhood is lovely too, with a nearby beach, restaurants, and pleasant walks. It's definitely a hidden gem, and we loved our stay.

Bi & Carlos were so welcoming and helpful. They left thoughtful little touches, including water in the rooms and chocolates each evening. Their tips for things to do around town and in Bilbao really made a difference.

Carlos made everything comfortable and hassle-free. The place is a great base for Bilbao and the beaches nearby, with the metro just a 3-minute walk away and the old harbour about 10 minutes on foot.

The seaview from the bedroom was lovely, and the room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s well placed for sightseeing, the beach, and walks or bike rides along the coast. In the evenings, we could check out bars and places to eat along the restricted-traffic street toward Plaza Satistegi.

The owner was friendly, but the room in the shared home faces a busy, noisy roundabout. There was no chair to sit on, and no ventilation.
