The rooms and bathrooms are a bit small, and the bed and pillows weren't great. Still, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a lovely spot by the beach and promenade, with restaurants and bars nearby. Parking is available for an extra charge. A good choice if you'd rather stay away from the city.

They welcomed our dog so warmly that we had the perfect family holiday. The room was very good and clean, with a quality bed and pillows. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, lovely bedroom views, and very friendly staff. Everything was wonderful.

The shower was great, though I wish it had a full door. It was hard to stop water from getting all over the floor. The rooms were good, and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast may be the best I've ever had, anywhere, not just at a hotel.

6/10
Our room had a lovely view and the location was great, but it needed some upkeep. The air conditioning didn't work, and the bathroom glass door scraped the floor. Communication on arrival wasn't great either. Nobody told us the hot water would be off for four hours, and although tea and coffee making had been confirmed in the booking, Marta couldn't get it for us. Enya was cheerful, friendly, and excellent. Sergio was also very helpful and friendly. He listened and helped sort out an issue for us.

We had a great family stay. Enya and Alejandra were especially kind while serving breakfast, and they did it all with a smile. Great job!
