The staff were really friendly.

That first impression set off alarm bells: the place smelled of tobacco, the room was greasy and the furniture looked like it had been dragged in from the street. The man at reception was the worst part, though. He treated us in an intrusive, inappropriate way. Then he tried to charge us €135 for a night listed at €80 on Booking.com. When we challenged the price, he got angry and literally kicked us out. Thank goodness we left. I'd give it fewer stars if I could. Worse than a horror movie.

Three of us needed somewhere to sleep at 3:00 AM, so we ended up here out of necessity. The whole place reeked of tobacco. Furniture was dusty, greasy and in a mess, and there were bugs on the walls and lamps. The receptionist was incredibly pushy. He asked if we were a couple, assumed where we came from, questioned us and blamed us for not being sure we wanted to stay. When we asked the price per night, he quoted €135, even though Booking.com showed €80. We challenged him about the online rate, and he rudely threw us out, tossing our IDs and leaving us stranded on the street at 3:00 AM. I wouldn't wish that treatment on my worst enemy.
