Hotel Santa Rosa, Blue Hoteles

Everything was super clean, and the rooms were a nice size with great bathrooms. The location was great too. The woman at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. She seemed to care about everyone and treated each guest with love, kindness and respect.

Very close to the marina and beach, with restaurants and coffee shops all around. The hotel was spotless and the customer service was exceptional. My one criticism is the beds. They were two separate ones pushed together on a tile floor, so they kept sliding apart, and they weren't comfortable.

The room was great, and the desk staff were pleasant and very helpful. The bed was a little uncomfortable, though. One thing to know about the parking: you have to take a car elevator down from a pedestrian street, so it may suit advanced drivers only.

We were lucky to get a courtyard-facing room because the streets around the hotel were noisy and lively at night. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, there were extra blankets, and the room was clean. The location was really perfect. Our first room smelled of smoke, but the receptionist moved us to another without any more questions, which we appreciated. There was no fridge, just one tiny bin in the bathroom, and nowhere to put luggage except in the wardrobe, which wasn't very convenient. We arrived at 7 a.m. after a very long bus ride from Cádiz, and the receptionist seemed to want to get rid of us. We didn't feel welcome.
