What really put us off was the reply when we asked for clearer details about the rooms listed online, especially the price differences and the booking rules for prepayments, cancellations, and pet fees. We wanted to understand those things before starting a reservation. Instead, we were told everything was on the website and already shown during booking, with a rude tone and no willingness to explain. They even suggested that if we hadn't found the information ourselves, we simply didn't want to. Unbelievable. After nearly two decades in customer service, I would never speak to a potential customer that way. We were looking to pay for a service and expected at least basic courtesy. We won't stay there or recommend it. If this is how they treat people before a booking is made, I don't want to imagine what service would be like afterward. A beautiful-looking place means very little when the service is missing. Such a shame.

The village is so quiet and peaceful, and we'll definitely come back. We found the house beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed and then some. The sauna, jacuzzi, and all the thoughtful little touches made it a perfect place for a couple to switch off and relax.

Nacho was always available and really attentive. We had a fantastic weekend in a clean, well-equipped house where it was easy to feel comfortable as a couple. The town and the people were friendly too. If you want a few peaceful days in the mountains, I'd recommend Suite Love.

The area is wonderful for hiking, and a short drive gets you to some spectacular spots. It felt like pure countryside and relaxation. We stayed over the May bank holiday weekend and loved the romantic feel of the place. The house was full of natural light, clean, well prepared, and had all we needed for a few days as a couple. Nacho was so attentive and happy to help with anything. It was a pleasure, and we'll definitely return sometime.
