The staff were helpful, and the car park felt very secure for leaving the car overnight. The rooms were clean and spacious, though they need modernising. It was a good one-night stay, with about a 20-30 minute walk to the old town.

We stopped for one night and worked during the day, and it was fine for that. There's an EV charger on site at €0.40 per kW. The place is a little outdated, but the lovely staff make up for it. The Wi-Fi is unstable, and I had to ask reception to reset it before it would work in the room.

The rooms are dated but clean. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, with the springs easy to feel, though luckily we only stayed one night. Getting into the parking area is very narrow and nerve-racking if you have a large car.

I stayed one night with my two kids. The bedroom was clean and the main bed comfortable, but the pull-out bed was springy. The air conditioning ran full blast and barely worked, so the room was boiling. The bathroom is dated, with lots of mould around the shower and bath, and the shower over the bath leaked. The evening and morning receptionists were polite and professional. The reception area smelled stale, and the carpet in the hallway between rooms was really dirty. Breakfast wasn't anything special: a small selection of cold cuts and cheese, plus some fruit and bread. The hot food looked oily and not very fresh, and was cold as though it had been sitting out for a while. The serving platters, counters, and tables could all have used a good clean. The staff working there barely acknowledged anyone. Parking costs €15 a day. There seem to be two public car parks across the road and around the corner. The hotel's lot is very small and awkward, especially if you have a big car. Almost €200 for one night felt way overpriced to me. The hotel could do with a thorough clean and an update.
