BYPILLOW Erba

It's a clean hotel that makes a good impression, with friendly, accommodating staff. The room was a good size and had what I needed: towels, hair dryer, TV, mirror, water, refrigerator and air conditioning, all good quality. I did miss having a small safe. You can walk to the train station and bus in under 15 minutes, and the central district is about 10 minutes away. It does get a bit noisy at night because the walls are thin and the hotel is right on a street.

Hotel Erba is well placed for the city center, and the rooms are stylish and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. There were ants in the bathroom, though, and they got into our toiletries and even our toothbrushes. A small issue, but it needs attention.

I had a really enjoyable stay here. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were excellent, welcoming and helpful. The location works well too, with the train and bus station a short walk away and cafes, supermarkets and a great food market nearby. It may have been where my room was, but I could hear noise from other rooms, so it was a bit noisy. Thanks.

The rooms were noisy, and despite specifically asking for a quiet one, we were put next to the cleaning closet. The cleaning staff disturbed us every morning. The customer service was also unacceptable. We arrived on Tuesday evening after a long drive from Valencia, and the hotel's parking was full. The young man at reception told us the garage across the road would cost €36 rather than the hotel's own parking, with a discount for multiple nights. When we checked out, it came to €60 instead. The woman at reception showed no concern and kept saying she knew nothing about it. She didn't try to contact the colleague who advised us or ask a manager how to sort it out in a way that would satisfy us as guests. I booked a few relaxing days in Girona with my mother, but this was a waste of money. Don't go here.
