We were left without heating for the whole weekend in the middle of February. Don’t be fooled.

They ignored our requests and moved us without warning that we’d have to leave the next day because another group was coming. The management was awful, and we won’t be back. The place is so old it doesn’t feel clean: dated furniture, an uninviting kitchen, and a bathroom with a plastic shower curtain. It felt like a scam.

It was freezing with no heating, and they wouldn’t answer the phone or offer any solution. We wouldn’t stay again.

No heating in February. That says it all.
