The room is tiny, about 15 square metres for the room, bathroom, and “kitchen” together. The photos are the work of an awesomely accomplished photographer. The floor wasn’t clean, there’s no bathroom ventilation, and the “kitchen” is basically a mini closet. Cooking fumes just hang around in the room because it’s so small. The lamp was broken, too. This isn’t even studio size, and it’s awfully overpriced. The booking price might seem reasonable, but then they add 40€ for cleaning. They also left a 4€ tax off the original payment, so we had the hassle of transferring it after the trip. Really inconvenient. Be very careful with these guys.

The apartment is in a good location, but the problems we reported on the first day were still there when we left on the fourth. They answered on day two and said they’d fix everything that day. On day three, a guy came at lunchtime with plates and pots because some were missing or broken, but he didn’t repair anything. Kitchen supplies were missing, some pots were broken, light bulbs didn’t work, and the bathroom ventilation was out of order. The whole stay was as bad as it could be.

The mattress was comfortable, and the location was good, which is why I’m giving it two stars. The photos don’t match: there was no river view. The air conditioner was incredibly dirty, and its control panel wouldn’t light up. The ceramic hob was broken, and the kettle didn’t work. Check-in was poorly explained, so I had to call at 9 PM to avoid being locked out. Noise came from both the apartment above and the busy street. I don’t recommend it.

It was still comfortable, but I wouldn’t return. The apartment was smaller than the photo suggested and faced the street instead of the river. There was a sewage smell, stained sheets, a remote with dead batteries, and very poor check-in instructions. They also charged us for everything days ahead, despite saying payment would be due on arrival.
