The air conditioning caused a horrible sewer smell, and the attempt to fix it didn't solve the problem. Still, the apartment was very clean, well located, and fine in every other respect.

We only got a good night's sleep on one of our three nights. The place is extremely noisy after dark, and you can hear a lot even through the double-glazed windows. The gay bar downstairs kept partying until 3 a.m. on the other two nights. Apart from the noise, the apartment was clean and functional, and just as pictured in a very good location.

Nestor was quick to reply and gave us excellent information. We spent five days in Granada, and the apartment was very comfortable and in an unbeatable location.

A cozy, clean apartment that's clearly well looked after. Highly recommended.

We cancelled our November long weekend because of the COVID-19 pandemic in Spain and the advice to avoid travel. When we told the person in charge, they said we'd get our money back if the apartment was rented out. It never became available to rebook, though, and they neither refunded us nor offered another date. We're still planning to return to Granada, but not to this apartment, and we wouldn't recommend it. They didn't keep their word. I'd give one star only because that's the lowest rating available.
