The space and location were good, but the place wasn't clean. Even after they cleaned it a second time and said everything had been done, all they had done was mop the floor. The shower drain was clogged with hair and smelled awful. They said they'd review the issue the next day and tell us if we qualified for a refund, despite the photos showing the problem. In the end, they returned only £10, which felt really unfair for an uncleaned room. I have plenty more pictures. Big no no 🤢

The apartment is spacious, clean, and has a balcony with a great view. It feels like a large studio, with a kitchen and cooking supplies, and the central location is good value. Just know it's more like an Airbnb than a hotel: check-in and checkout are self-service, and the entrance is on a narrow street with no sign, so you have to follow the owner's instructions. We lost about 20-30 minutes because the owner left the key in the wrong box. The shower heater was also unreliable, swinging between too hot and too cold, and the hot water ran out after 3-4 minutes. That wasn't convenient in winter.

We had an issue with a suitcase, and the staff took care of it kindly and efficiently. The loft was clean and modern, with a well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds, including the roomy sofa bed. Its central location made it easy to get anywhere in the city, with bars and restaurants close by. Great for a holiday in Granada!

The house was tidy and the bathroom clean, and the accommodation was in good condition and well located. But four towels for three nights wasn't enough for the two of us. We each use two a day, lol, so we had to keep drying and reusing the ones provided. Aside from that, it was good.

Everything was so clean, and I loved the loft. It had what I needed, the mattress was super comfortable, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend!
