We stayed two nights at the end of July 2025 in the second-floor apartment. It was modern throughout, including the kitchen and bathrooms, and comfortably slept six across four beds, though we only used three. One bedroom and the living-dining room looked out onto the lively street, while the other rooms were quieter. The lit elevator was working, and the price was very reasonable. I've worked abroad in several western European countries for stretches of weeks to over a year, and I could picture my family and me living in this apartment for a year. It was that good.

The safety issue is serious: these facilities don't seem safe to live in because of the risk of electric shock. There was no hot water, so we had to shower in cold water, and the elevator had no light. We had to take the stairs to reach the upper floors, yet they charged us €440 for three days. Shameful. If you go to Granada, don't choose these accommodations. I intend to file a complaint with the Ministry of Industry and Tourism of Spain, the Junta de Andalucia Consejeria de Turismo Y Deporte, and the Patronato Provincial de Turismo de Granada.

We expected three peaceful winter nights, but the boiler broke on the second day and we had no hot water for the rest of the stay. By the time we left at the promised 11 a.m. checkout, neither the two children nor the adults had been able to shower, and we couldn't wash the dinner or breakfast dishes either. It was 6 degrees at night in Granada and only around 10 or more during the day, so this was a real letdown. At first the third-floor apartment seemed fine and looked like a good size for four adults and two children. They promised to fix the problem quickly, but didn't, and their replies when we complained were rude. I wouldn't recommend renting these apartments.
