The place is roomy, with two bathrooms, though only one has a shower. Heating worked just enough, nothing impressive. It’s a nice spot, only a few minutes on foot from Granada’s center.

My bag was new, and it had a card inside. The apartment staff kept telling me it wasn’t there and the cleaner hadn’t seen anything. Later, when we went to the office to collect a jacket, we found that same card there. I hope the cleaner really likes the bag and enjoys it as much as I did 🥰😘

The photos gave a completely different impression. There was no hot water in the shower, and staying as a group was miserable because the neighbors kept bothering us. It got bad enough that we had to call the police. What a disgrace.

The photos must have been taken by someone talented, because the apartment itself is awful. It’s unbelievably filthy, with dust all over the ceiling fan lights. The mattresses and pillows are so bad you’d find better in the trash. I could keep going, but the leaking boilers, run-down terraces, and light well that looks untouched for years say plenty. In this condition it’s worth 10 euros a night at most. How can they mislead people like this?
