The apartment is centrally located, but the street was among the dirtiest and noisiest we've ever come across. We left it cleaner than we found it, cleaning both when we arrived and when we left. The provider's poor handling caused my bank card to be blocked. I tried several times to pay before the authorized date, but my bank stopped the payments for security reasons. I'm still waiting to get part of my deposit back. I had to pay for the accommodation because of the card block. And then, after reading other reviews on Booking.com...

Like several others here, I'm writing about what I see as a scam. We booked two nights in March, and the owner asked for a €200 deposit through PayPal, but insisted it had to be sent as a friends and family payment rather than a business transaction. That struck me as odd, but we were in a rush and I should have been more careful. It's May 16 now, and despite repeated reminders and calls, I still haven't been reimbursed. When I call, I get voicemail. Yet if I call from another number, someone answers and says things like they didn't get the messages or don't know anything about it. Nothing is being done to return the money. Avoid this place.

Watch out for these crooks. Just hours before we were meant to move into the apartment, they demanded a deposit. Then they came up with excuses to keep it and blocked every way we had to contact them. They took €600 from us. I hope their apartments burn down.

Don't book here! The day before the stay, they canceled our reservation, claiming there was an error. They emailed us and told us to cancel ourselves on the website, which would mean paying cancellation fees. They don't pick up when you call. Out of curiosity, I checked the website and saw the apartment available for three times what we had paid. Unbelievable!
