The location is amazing. Alhambra is a seven-minute walk away, a great Hamman is five minutes away, and all the walking tours, food tours, and day trips we looked at had meeting points just 5 to 8 minutes away. There are plenty of good restaurants and flamenco shows within 15 minutes. The host was lovely and checked whether we needed anything. There’s lots of room, with an upstairs loft-style bedroom and the kitchen, bathroom, and living area on the main floor. I hadn’t realized there were two bathrooms, so that was a nice surprise. The kitchen could use some attention: the fridge didn’t seem to work properly, and a few things we took out were actually warm. The upstairs bathroom is cramped, and it’s hard to keep water from getting everywhere. Nothing was a major issue, though.

Parking takes some effort if you’re driving. The lot is a mile away and costs quite a bit per day, so bring your walking shoes. The apartment’s in a perfect spot, just steps from Alhambra. It’s clean, well located, and has everything you need. Check-in had a small hiccup and involved a bit of a wait, but once it was sorted, things were fine.

I’d booked flights, tourist passes, and everything else for the trip when they canceled my reservation a few days later. The only explanation was that there’d been a scheduling error and “I could no longer stay there.” They didn’t offer a solution or reply to my follow-up messages. Be careful when booking. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. 0% recommended. I expected the kind of accommodation they advertised, but instead ran into some unsavory people who showed no commitment. The manager treated me appallingly.

The location is a real plus, right on one of Granada’s most iconic streets. Just bear in mind it’s on a hill. There were four of us, and the sofa bed was terrible. A mirror outside the bathroom would be great, as another reviewer said, and a few more glasses would help too. Apart from those things, it was very good. I’d recommend it for a couple.
