Right in the center, but there’s no parking. The rooms are compact, and there’s no iron.

The location was excellent, the air conditioning worked, and the beds were pretty good. After that, things were bad: the sofa was uncomfortable, the rooms were dirty, the shower barely had a trickle of water, and some bathroom fixtures were half fallen off. The kitchen didn’t have many utensils either. Worst of all, they sent us to a parking garage way out in the boonies to pick up the key, even though it was in a drawer next to the apartment entrance. Also, there’s no fire extinguisher by the entrance, so if there’s a fire, you’ll get burned. I could go on, but I don’t feel like it. I wouldn’t go back.

The price was fantastic, but when we got to the apartment, it was a disaster: unmade beds with no linens, trash everywhere, and filthy bathrooms. The cleaning staff showed up right away, though, and left everything spotless and tidy. We’ll definitely stay at Lorena Dreams again when we’re back in Granada.

The location is really good, and the apartment itself wasn't bad, but the stay started off terribly. We arrived to find it still dirty from the previous guests, with rubbish, food scraps, and unwashed dishes. They called the cleaners, who didn't show up until 8:00 PM, which was a huge hassle. We'd also reserved parking, but there was no record of it. Fortunately one space was still free, since every other lot nearby was full. They gave us a day of parking at no charge, but by then the impression was already poor. I hope they get more organized and improve the service.
