Getting here by transport was impossible for us, and with luggage we had to walk at least 10 minutes. They were very vague about whether a car could reach the place, and it felt intentional. There was just one key for the two couples staying, and no soap or paper products at all, not even hand soap, shower soap, paper towels, or Kleenex. The towels were cheap and worn. Both bathrooms were cheap too, with weak water pressure and blocked drains. It wasn’t worth what we paid or all the headaches, and we were very disappointed. For the inconvenience, they emailed us a list of places to visit in Granada 🙄

The replacement apartments were an improvement, but still fell short, so our stay was disappointing overall. The first ones we were given were dirty, mouldy, poorly maintained, and had awkward kitchens and bathrooms. After we complained, our request to move was accepted, though we had to spend two nights in the original place first. The person who arranged the move was kind and committed, but in the new apartments the AC was uncontrollable despite our efforts, and one bathroom door wouldn’t close completely. In our experience, Booking ratings of 8+ seemed closer to 7, while the places rated 9+ seemed fairly rated, though it’s worth checking that everything works. We stay in Granada often and have found better accommodation there. Limehome appartments is another chain, but its standard is completely different, and we recommend it.

I slept really well in the comfortable bed, and the studio was fully equipped and in excellent condition. The soundproofing kept outside noise from coming through, so it was completely peaceful. A very comfortable stay, and I’d recommend it.
