Encarni, the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I'd definitely stay here again. The location is convenient, with lots of restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions nearby. Our room, 202, was much larger than we expected for two travelers, and it was very clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was a little hard for me to get into at first, but the water was hot and the pressure was good. There was some crowd noise at night. Turning on the AC and using white noise on my phone made it fine.

Don't book this hotel if you need parking. They took us to a car park that felt dangerous, with several floors to descend like an assault course. We almost hit several walls and, after numerous tries, couldn't get the car into the space. We told the staff, but they had no other parking to offer, so we couldn't stay at the hotel with our dog. We asked for a refund, but they refused, even though there were still rooms available.

We like this place. It's clean and quiet, right in the city center, and a great choice for a weekend. The staff are very friendly!

The location, staff, and bed were all great, and there's a lovely outdoor area too. Just know the street can get noisy in the evening since you're right in the heart of the city. Bring earplugs and you'll enjoy your stay.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the price and location were great. The staff were really helpful with restaurants, transport, and any other questions we had. I'd recommend Costa Azul to everyone. 10/10
