The location is excellent, about 3 minutes from the lively downtown and Arab quarter, with lots of good food around. The air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room worked very well, and the kitchenette was excellent. Blackout windows and shutters did a nice job blocking motorcycle noise. A few drawbacks: the whole house shares one DSL internet line, which gets slow when two families are uploading photos. The owners could get 300Mbit Fiber for 40€. The TV is also small at 32 inch. The bedroom is very tight, with the twin beds side by side, and the water pressure was unreliable at times.

The apartment was welcoming, spacious, well equipped, bright, clean, and warm for our January stay. Its central position made it easy to walk everywhere. The staff were helpful with public car park arrangements, helped us unload the car, and came to show us how to reach the parking. They also gave us useful, informative suggestions about things to do and places to go. I’d definitely recommend these apartments.

There are plenty of well known tapas bars in the next alley, and the price is reasonable. The location, facilities, and soundproofing were all good, so I’d recommend it. In summer, though, the bar downstairs gets loud. The soundproof windows do a good job.

The place and staff were lovely, and everything was clean and fully equipped. Napping is difficult because of the church bell next door, and on weekends the street pubs stay noisy through the night. The soundproofing could be improved.

Antonio was very friendly and helpful, and the apartment had everything we needed for a week. It’s a perfect location for seeing Granada, with all the sights within walking distance. We had a great stay.
