Bibo Recogidas Hotel

I’m from United States and have been here for the better part of three months as a solo traveler. The staff have made things so much easier that they feel like family. At reception, Maria, Laura and Niece are all so helpful. Carmen and Angela are such welcoming ladies at brunch. Alejandro Barcelona is a special host from University of Granada, a senior majoring in Spanish/English Translation, and I’m sure he’ll succeed in all his professional pursuits. Gracias to all the Bibo 🏨 staff! Cindy Sindelar

The central location is the only thing I liked. The Wi-Fi was slow, the sheets were stained, the toilet was dirty, the AC didn’t work, and it was incredibly noisy at night.

The parking is very close by, though you have to pay a daily fee. We had some trouble finding the place, but the staff were really friendly and helpful.

We were sent on a wild goose chase over Alhambra tickets. Staff said to check the official site at midnight or queue at the entrance at 7 in the morning for last minute tickets. We stayed up, then walked over at 6:30, only to be told by Alhambra staff that tickets are never sold that way. It wasted a lot of our time. The room was so dusty I needed allergy medicine to sleep, and the bathroom was just as disappointing. The shower was unpleasant and very dark, while the soap had no scent and smelled a little like superglue. This place feels like it got its four star rating at a discount supermarket. It barely deserves three.
